측정기에 마킹되어 있는 제품 시리얼번호가 정확히 나오도록 보여줍니다. (시리얼 넘버로 정품여부를 확인하며, GD DYNO-150 정품으로만 인증제도 참여가 가능합니다.) First, present the serial number marked on your Dyno-150 to the camera. It must be an authentic GD DYNO-150 dynomometer with an authorized serial number. It cannot be modified in any way.
탄마는 사용 가능하지만 손에 무엇을 감거나, 손잡이에 패치를 부착하는 것은 금지됩니다. Ordinary chalk (magnesium carbonate) may be used, but bandages or wraps around the hand or on the handles are not allowed.
동일한 시리얼번호의 제품으로 1명만 인증제도에 참여할 수 있습니다. 같은 시리얼번호가 적힌 제품으로 여러명이 인증할 수 없음. 같은 시리얼번호 제품으로 1명이 여러 번 인증에 참여할 수 있음) One Serial Number can only be used to certify one person. (One serial number cannot be shared by a group of people. However, one person can participate multiple times with the same serial number.
빨간색 전원 버튼을 누릅니다. 디지털 계기판에 숫자 0이 3개가 나타나고, 단위는 kg으로 셋팅되어 있는 것을 화면에 먼저 보여줍니다. Press the red button on the right to turn on the GD DYNO-150. Show us the screen that reads “000” set to kgs. If it was already on, press the same button to reset it.
측정기를 힘껏 쥐어 약 3초정도 홀딩한 후 디지털 계기판에 나타난 숫자를 보여줍니다. 숫자가 명확히 식별될 수 있도록 선명하게 나와야 합니다. 오른손과 왼손 모두 기록을 측정해주세요. Start recording your grip strength. Squeeze as hard as you can for about 3 seconds, then show the recorded result to the camera. Make sure the numbers are clearly recognizable on the screen. Take record of both of your hands, right and left.
측정기를 쥐는 장면은 측정기를 쥐는 손 뿐만 아니라 측정기 제품 일부가 잘리지 않게 화면에 전체가 모두 담겨야 합니다. The entire attempt must be clearly visible to the camera. The attempt cannot take place while the Dyno-150 is being blocked from view and then turned and presented as already squeezed.
측정기를 양손으로 쥐거나, 측정기를 쥐고 있는 손, 손목, 팔을 다른 손으로 받치는 행위는 금지되어 있습니다. Holding the Dyno-150 with both hands or steadying the wrist of the gripping hand is not allowed. Similarly, nothing may be in contact with the gripping hand or the gripping arm.
몸의 일부, 바닥, 벽, 의자, 테이블 등의 물체에 측정기가 닿지 않게 해야 합니다. Nothing should be in contact with the DYNO-150 during the attempt. It should not touch a part of the body, the floor, table or wall, etc.
프레스와 같이 물건을 압축하는 기구 등으로 측정기를 임의로 압축해서는 안됩니다. Do NOT use a press machine to put pressure on the DYNO-150.
